5.1 Delivery
We deliver Products Australia-wide. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. The risk of loss and title for the Products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

We ship to all states and territories across Australia. From metro Melbourne to regional outback communities, if you have an address, we can get our cleaning supplies to you.
Standard Orders: We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 1–2 business days of receiving payment.
Bulk/Wholesale Orders: Larger pallet orders may require additional handling time. We will communicate expected dispatch dates upon order confirmation.
Once your order leaves our Melbourne warehouse, delivery times vary based on your location:
Victoria (Metro & Regional): 2–4 business days
NSW, SA, ACT: 3–5 business days
QLD, TAS: 4–6 business days
WA, NT: 7–10 business days
Please note: These are estimates provided by our logistics partners. Regional and remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order and your delivery location.
Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over a specific value threshold (as displayed on our website banners).
Calculated Rates: For orders under the free shipping threshold, rates are displayed clearly before you finalize payment.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number and a link to trace your delivery.
While we strive for prompt delivery, occasional delays due to weather, high carrier volume, or unforeseen circumstances may occur.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, please contact us so we can investigate with our logistics partners.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
Timeframe: You must initiate the return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required to process your return.
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
Opened cleaning fluids or wipes.
Used hygiene products (e.g. gloves that have been worn).
Clearance or sale items (unless faulty).
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or contains incorrect items, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery).
1. Take photos of the damaged box and product.
2. Email us at info@cleancoaustralia.com.au with your order number and photos.
3. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent out immediately at no cost to you, or provide a full refund.
If you have changed your mind and wish to return an eligible item:
1. Contact our support team at info@cleancoaustralia.com.au to request a Return Authorization.
2. Pack the items securely to prevent damage during transit.
3. Ship the package to the address provided by our team.
Please note: For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds: Will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
